Roasted coffee with Papua New Guinea at its heart
This Libergeon roasted-coffee presentation is built around freshness, origin character and a clean, considered roast. Papua New Guinea coffee is known for remarkable diversity across its highland growing environments; each lot can express its own balance of sweetness, fruit, cocoa and spice.
What we want you to experience
Aromatic clarity, a rounded cup and a finish that remains expressive as the coffee cools. The exact sensory profile can vary by harvest and lot, so the information supplied with each batch should be treated as the final reference.
From cherry to cup
Our origin story begins with carefully selected coffee cherries and the people who grow, process and move coffee through Papua New Guinea. Libergeon connects that story with controlled roasting and transparent product information, allowing the coffee itself to remain central.
Recommended brewing approach
- Start with freshly ground coffee and clean water.
- Use a medium grind for filter brewing and adjust to taste.
- Begin near a 1:15 to 1:17 coffee-to-water ratio.
- Store sealed, away from heat, moisture and direct sunlight.
